We finally tried this place after living here over ten years and I wish we would have tried it sooner. The filets and strip steaks were amazing and the 75/25 burger grind was exceptional as well. We weren’t crazy about the crab dip but the chicken salad was incredible.
This is exactly the kind of small business you want around your corner. I went in for the first time the other day and talked to Michael. He was super friendly and professional. I had a very unusual request so I didn't expect them to carry it. Instead of just telling me "no, sorry" Michael went the extra mile to find out how they could get it for me and called the next day with options. He didn't have to go out of his way like that, it was a very kind and professional thing to do. I'll definitely be shopping here now (the shop is very nice inside) and recommending to my friends and neighbors.
Moody’s is a weekly visit for us. We typically get our filets and chicken here. Occasionally we’ll get veal shanks in the frozen section. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and happy to cut to your preference. Love the local selection of meats, cheese and desserts. We recommend all our friends and family.
I made my first trip to Moody's a week ago, and I will be going back often. The Indiana raised NY strip and ribeye I purchased looked great and tasted even better. They also carry a small selection of beers from Three Floyds, along with their wines.
